- We will process the cancellation and initiate a refund if applicable, based on our Refund Policy.
2. Warranty Claim: -
- Once UPVC doors and windows are installed, they come under our warranty process.
- Our warranty includes:
- 10 Years of Warranty on UPVC Profiles.
- 1 Year Warranty on Hardware.
- No warranty on glass breakage post installation and delivery services.
- A warranty certificate will be provided with your purchase. Keep it safe for UPVC warranty claims.
REFUND POLICY
1. Return and Refund for Undelivered Products: -
If your product is not delivered to you, please contact us promptly to claim for order cancellation or a refund. - We will investigate the issue and, if confirmed, initiate a refund for the undelivered product.
2. Refund Processing:-
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. - Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
